Terms of Service

Atlas Holding Group LLC operates Knotty Games, including the website at knotty.games. In these terms, “Knotty”, “we”, and “us” mean that company. Visits to kinky.games are redirected to knotty.games and are covered by the same terms.

Knotty is an adult website. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old. If the age of majority where you live is higher than 18, you must be at least that age, and viewing adult material must be legal for you.

The site asks you to confirm that before you enter. That confirmation is stored in your browser. It is not an identity check. Creating an account requires a separate confirmation that you are 18 or older. The server rejects the account if that confirmation is not true.

You may not use Knotty if you are under 18. You may not use it to sexualize anyone under 18, or anyone presented as under 18.

The games are for consenting adult couples. A few modes are for one adult alone, and a circle game can include more than two people. Everyone playing is still a consenting adult. Knotty is not a place to involve anyone who has not agreed, and it is never a place for minors.

Play assumes enthusiastic, ongoing consent. Anyone can pause, skip a card, or stop. A prompt, a story, or a line from the AI storyteller is a game, not permission in real life. You are responsible for checking in with the person you are actually with.

We have zero tolerance for content or conduct involving minors, and zero tolerance for sexual content that is non-consensual. That includes usernames, suggestions, game text, and anything you send to the AI storyteller. Do not ask for it. Do not describe it. Do not role-play it.

Safety notes live in the safety guides. They are practical reminders, including safewords and check-ins. They are not a promise that a particular act is safe for you.

When you use Knotty you agree that you will:

• Use it only with consenting adults, and only for lawful purposes.
• Not post, request, or store illegal content, including sexual content involving minors or non-consent.
• Not threaten, harass, or out another person.
• Not try to break into an account, a room, or the service, and not probe or disrupt it.
• Not share your password, and not use someone else’s account.
• Not use the site to send spam or to scrape it in a way that degrades the service.

You are responsible for the text you submit, including a feature suggestion, a profile, a display name, and messages you send to the storyteller.

An account needs an email address and a password. The password is stored as a hash, not as the password you typed. Your username is derived from your email address. You can play some games without an account. Others ask you to make a free one.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account, or remove content, if these terms are broken, if we believe the account is being used by someone under 18, or if we need to for safety or legal reasons. We may also stop offering any part of the site.

There is no delete button in the product. To close your account and ask us to delete the data tied to it, email hello@knotty.games. The privacy policy describes what we store and what a deletion request covers.

Knotty is entertainment. The games, stories, guides, and AI storyteller are not medical, legal, mental-health, or relationship advice. You decide what you do with your own body and with another consenting adult. We do not supervise your play.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. Some places do not allow a disclaimer like this. In those places, the disclaimer applies only as far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Atlas Holding Group LLC and the people who operate Knotty are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or bodily injury arising out of your use of the site or out of what you choose to do while playing. This includes damages from a game prompt, a story, an AI reply, another person’s conduct, or a failure of the service.

The games in this product are free to use. There is no checkout. If a court does not allow us to exclude liability entirely, our total liability for a claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. That amount may be zero.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit is the smallest the law allows.

A link to Discord, or to any other site, leaves Knotty. Those sites have their own terms. If we add affiliate links later, the affiliate disclosure describes them. This version of the site does not show affiliate links.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. If you keep using Knotty after that date, you are agreeing to the updated terms. We do not have a feature that emails every user when the terms change.

The laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms and any dispute about Knotty or the site. Delaware’s conflict-of-law rules do not apply. You and Atlas Holding Group LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington are where those disputes are heard.

If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement about using the site, together with the privacy policy.
